AGA Lending A Hand To The Amateur Game

Jim Achenbach from Global Golf Post+ spoke to Rob Addington and Alan Fadel from the Amateur Golf Alliance and profiled the organization in its story “Amateur Golf Alliance Lending A Hand To The Amateur Game.”

The GGP+ story highlights our mission and discusses our ongoing initiatives above and beyond our creation of the Concession Cup in 2014. The AGA recently announced a Women’s Amateur Championship and is providing financial support to top amateurs with financial needs as well as those invited to the Walker Cup and Curtis Cup practice sessions starting this year. We’ve also been working on ways to use technology to attract more golfers to the game and improve access to high-quality instruction and swing analysis.
