Vice President
Rob is the Executive Director of the Texas Golf Association, TGA Foundation, and the Trans-Miss Golf Association. He resides in Dallas and brings a wealth of experience in both golf governance and conducting championships to the AGA.
Under Rob’s leadership, the TGA has been recognized as the fastest growing golf association in the country nine out of the past 15 years and his focus at the Trans-Miss GA has been to enhance the association’s championships and scholarship programs.
In addition to these roles, Rob serves as a USGA Committee member and on the boards of numerous organizations, including the International Association of Golf Administrators (President in 2015), Spirit Golf Association, and the Texas Golf Hall of Fame. Prior to working for the TGA, Rob was CEO of The Sporting Scene, Vice President of Marketing for the Southwest Region of the Paragon Real Estate Group, and Vice President of Marketing at Mullen Company. Rob also holds a BS in Organizational Communications from the University of Texas at Austin.
On the course, Rob is a good player who is a two-time champion of the World Father-Son Championship. He also served as team captain for the Texas team that won the 2005 USGA State Team Championship and the USA team that won the 2015 Spirit International Team and Men’s Championships. He has also served on the board of Brook Hollow Golf Club and as club President in 2014.
