Andrew is a Senior R&D Manager at a software company in the San Francisco Bay Area who is involved in the game both as a player and Rules official. He earned a BS from Guilford College and was a Frank J. Marshall Fellow while earning an MS from Carnegie Mellon University.

While at Guilford, Andrew was a three-time NCAA Division III All-American and was a member of the team that won the 2002 NCAA Division III National Championship. He won the 2018 Travis Invitational at Garden City GC and is a three-time champion of the Carnegie Shield held at Royal Dornoch in Scotland. He represented California in the 2012 USGA State Team Championship, where he finished t-4th individually.

Andrew is also an active volunteer Rules official. In addition to officiating at the Concession Cup since its inception, he was a member of the Rules Committee at the 2017 Walker Cup at Los Angeles CC. He is a Rules Certified Tournament Official for the Northern California Golf Association and a member of the USGA Junior Championship Committee.
